About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project requirements through user group meetings, scheduling, and developing operational readiness and transition schedules.
- Interact with consultant teams to develop and coordinate project documentation and implementation requirements.
- Develop project documentation, tender, and procurement documents for movers and other resources.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Microsoft Project for spreadsheets, databases, and documents.
- Lead the review of standard client programs and policies.
- Develop strong client relationships and serve as the client's single point of contact.
- Support the development of an operational readiness plan to meet client needs.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and consultation processes, developing options and strategies for key government projects.
- Lead and coordinate working groups and project teams, developing project plans, identifying challenges, and mitigating risk.
- Manage multiple facilities and building project moves of varying sizes and scopes.
- Attend on-site moves, managing client and move team resources, and addressing issues.
- Develop standardized documentation for proposals, proponent interviews, project execution, and close-out.
- Assist with developing scope narratives and pricing for proposal responses.
- Select and organize project teams in consultation with clients, establishing authority levels and communication lines.
- Control project-related documents and deliver work in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders Quality Management System.
- Chair project meetings to resolve issues and coordinate stakeholders.
- Report on project status through schedule updates, meeting minutes, financial records, and other reports.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience planning and implementing change management initiatives and/or executing moves for clients.
- Experience leading change and project management initiatives within interdisciplinary teams.
- Proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, achieve results, and advance work plans.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, project management, change management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, promote collaboration, and reach consensus.
- Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word), and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications.
- Process improvement and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for staff and clients.
- Working knowledge of quality improvement principles and tools.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
