About the Role
Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions and performing screenings, biopsies, and excisions. Collaborate with other providers and play a key role in shaping patient care within a growing practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and skin cancer.
- Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
- Collaborate closely with fellow physicians and Physician Assistants across the practice's Vermont and New York locations.
- Play a key role in shaping patient care as the practice continues to grow.
Requirements
- Dermatology-Trained Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Active New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team
- Team player who thrives in a growing, patient-focused practice environment

Salary/Compensations
- Competitive compensation with performance bonuses and other incentive options for commitment and retention.

- Integrated Dermatology is seeking a Dermatology-trained Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing New York practice, Four Seasons Dermatology.
- Four Seasons Dermatology has provided personalized medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care to the Vermont and northern New York community since 2003.
- The practice has four locations in Colchester, Waterbury, and Rutland, VT, and Plattsburgh, NY.
- The practice offers comprehensive services including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, skin cancer detection, Mohs surgery, Botox/Dysport, and SkinCeuticals skincare.
- The practice has an outstanding, longstanding patient reputation built primarily through word-of-mouth referrals.
- The practice is recognized as an American Academy of Dermatology Fellow practice with a strong commitment to early skin cancer detection.
