Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with a focus on the energy industry to manage complex projects, develop strategies, and ensure client satisfaction. This role involves identifying opportunities and risks, and contributing to solutions for challenges in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

Project leadership for planning, steering, and controlling complex projects or programs in the energy industry.
Development of individual strategies.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, identifying their specific needs, and ensuring clear communication.
Implementing work packages independently and contributing expertise to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Providing technical leadership to a team, fostering their development, and promoting goal-oriented collaboration.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in energy management, technical, or economic sciences.
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the energy industry.
Very good organizational skills.
Economic and entrepreneurial thinking to identify and leverage opportunities.
Sound knowledge of IT project management (classic and agile).
Experience as a liaison between business and IT.
Valid certifications such as IPMA Level D, Scrum Master, or Product Owner according to TÜV.
German language proficiency at C1 level.
Very good English language skills.
