About the Role

We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded resource professional who can turn workforce data into meaningful insights and support business-critical resourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support business-critical resourcing decisions.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Support workforce planning, resource management, headcount control, or recruitment activities.
  • Produce management information, workforce reports, and resource forecasts for leadership teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities, approvals, and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, reporting, dashboard creation, data validation, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Proven experience analyzing workforce, resource, recruitment, or operational data.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of resource decision impacts.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, resource management, headcount control, or recruitment activities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Experience producing management information, workforce reports, and resource forecasts.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
  • Previous experience in workforce planning, resource management, recruitment analytics, capacity planning, or similar resource-focused roles.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
  • Experience producing reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
