About the Role
As our GTM Recruiter, you'll partner directly with GTM leadership to build a world-class commercial organization. You'll own the full GTM recruiting lifecycle with an emphasis on Sales, while also building foundational systems, processes, and tools to scale our hiring engine. You will operate within a business at the bleeding edge of hiring with AI.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
- Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviews, and offer processes.
- Refine recruiting infrastructure and continuously improve it.
- Build a hiring machine that combines systematic rigor with human judgment, increasing capacity significantly.
- Develop expertise in GTM talent markets, understanding where top operators are, their motivations, and how to attract them.
- Keep leadership informed by surfacing pipeline realities and translating them into data-driven decisions and next steps.
Requirements
- 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B startup.
- Experience hiring for GTM roles is desirable.
- Skilled assessor with a high bar for talent, capable of evaluating intangibles and selling the opportunity.
- Possess a network or the drive and discipline to build one quickly.
- AI-native, already leveraging AI to improve speed and hiring quality.
- Comfortable partnering directly with founders and GTM leaders, able to push back and maintain hiring standards.
- Hunter mentality, persistent in finding top GTM talent.
