About the Role
The Electrical Engineering Development Program (EEDP) is a multi-year rotational experience designed for early-career engineers who want to build a strong foundation in electrical engineering while exploring diverse career paths within Teledyne LeCroy.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for test and measurement products via phone, email, customer visits, trade shows, and training courses.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Repair Service teams to ensure seamless support.
- Work hands-on with electronics applications and measurement techniques.
- Interface with Product Managers, Sales Engineers, and Design Engineering to resolve customer issues and improve product experience.
- Learn to differentiate Teledyne LeCroy products from competitors and articulate technical advantages.
- Focus on production processes, quality, and efficiency in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Contribute to circuit design, prototyping, and new product development in Electrical Design Engineering.
- Support go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and customer engagement in Product Marketing.
- Drive technical sales initiatives and customer solutions in Sales Engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Python, MATLAB, VisualBasic, or VisualC++.
- Strong interest in electronics and hands-on problem solving.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to create and support technical documentation.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training and customer visits.
