About the Role
PepsiCo Foods US (PFUS) is seeking a Manager to join the Media Strategy, Planning & Investment team. This role will help shape how brands appear across all media touchpoints, maximizing media investment and scaling innovative platforms. You will collaborate with brand teams, media agencies, and cross-functional partners to create integrated media plans that reach consumers, create impact, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with executional rigor and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support brand media strategy by translating business and brand goals into media strategies that deliver reach, resonance, and ROI.
- Lead tactical campaign planning and execution for brand launches, tentpoles, and annual campaigns from strategy through optimization and learnings.
- Facilitate media partnerships by evaluating, shaping, and negotiating custom content programs and media partnerships.
- Maximize investment by stewarding media dollars to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and breakthrough outcomes.
- Ensure media strategy is integrated early in the creative development process in concert with brand and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze media performance to extract insights and apply learnings to future planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
- 6+ years of media experience.
- Experience managing external agencies is ideal.
- CPG experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proven track record of navigating, influencing, and delivering results in a highly complex organization.
- Passion for driving change and challenging the status quo.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Salary/Compensations
- $110,700 - $185,250
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
