About the Role
LSEG's Modeling Solutions team aims to distribute third-party models through existing client channels like APIs, Excel integrations, and daily workflows. The business comprises Model Distribution, Model Hosting, and AI Model Risk Management. This role is responsible for building the infrastructure to enable third-party model distribution.
Responsibilities
- Build the infrastructure for onboarding third-party models into LSEG's APIs, Excel integrations, and workflows.
- Develop standardized interfaces for heterogeneous providers, entitlements, versioning, and metering.
- Create onboarding tooling to facilitate provider-to-client channel delivery without bespoke integrations.
- Own the product roadmap across Model Distribution, Model Hosting, and AI Model Risk Management.
- Conduct discovery with providers and institutional buyers, prioritize against engineering constraints, and sequence development across pillars.
- Shape Model Hosting into a desirable platform for clients.
- Develop AI Model Risk Management into a differentiated product capable of opening new accounts.
- Partner with commercial and client coverage teams on demand-side growth.
- Build product features that support sales pitches and incorporate client feedback into the roadmap.
- Manage and grow a team of product managers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management with a track record of building new products.
- Experience with platform or integrations products, including APIs, developer-facing surfaces, third-party integration, or channel delivery.
- Financial services experience, understanding institutional purchasing processes and risk/procurement gatekeeping.
- Experience leading and growing a team of product managers.
