Responsibilities

Lead Alfa's Markets function, building and leading a team of Market Leads and analysts.
Own market-level go-to-market strategies and propositions.
Support major sales opportunities with strategic guidance and executive-level engagement.
Act as a senior external voice for Alfa with customers, prospects, industry bodies, and analysts.
Shape the content and themes at Alfa Connect, our flagship client event.
Lead, coach, and develop the Markets team, building a collaborative, inclusive, and externally-focused culture.

Requirements

Significant experience in a senior market strategy, commercial leadership, product marketing, industry practice leadership, or consulting role within enterprise software.
Strong understanding of regulated financial services markets, ideally automotive, equipment, or commercial finance, or an adjacent sector.
Track record of defining and executing go-to-market strategies for complex B2B software products and services.
Experience leading and developing senior, highly skilled teams.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience supporting revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging executive stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
History of representing organizations externally through industry forums, conferences, or customer engagements.
Understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies reshaping financial services.
