About the Role

This role supports day-to-day supply chain and planning activities while contributing to projects that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist with inventory tracking and monitoring of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Support production planning activities to ensure customer demand is met efficiently
Analyze inventory levels and identify potential supply shortages or excess inventory
Assist with the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments
Collaborate with production, warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams
Prepare reports and analyze supply chain data using spreadsheets and reporting tools
Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and material reconciliation
Participate in supply chain meetings and contribute insights based on data analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related program, and have completed at least 2 years
Eligible to participate in a co-op or work-integrated learning placement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Interest in manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and continuous improvement
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
