About the Role

The 17-month Corporate Risk & Broking Graduate Development Program combines orientation, structured onboarding, hands-on experience, and professional development. Graduates build broad industry knowledge, practical skills, and a strong network while developing deeper expertise in their assigned business area. The Finance function serves both internal and external customers, supporting the day-to-day financial operations for the North America Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) business. This role is suited to individuals who are strategic independent thinkers that pay attention to detail, flourish when working in a team environment, and have strong analytical, communication, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Preparing financial reports & KPIs for management
Analyze revenue & expense data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop financial models to support decision-making (i.e. T&E trending, Salary Modeling)
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and consistent
Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and providing recommendations to management
Assist region / Business Unit finance in updating plan and forecast systems
Ad hoc projects

Requirements

Must have completed a 2026 Summer internship with WTW
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
Date of Graduation between May 2026 – May 2027
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills, analytically driven and detail oriented
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proficient in time management
Analytical skills: The ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, use financial modelling and analysis tools to support decision-making
Curiosity & eagerness to learn
Adaptability
