Responsibilities
- Run pre-set in-home sales appointments
- Perform flooring measurements and evaluations
- Present flooring products and design options
- Educate homeowners on materials, installation, and warranties
- Follow the structured sales process
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Ensure a professional, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Comfortable working inside customers’ homes
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and manage a schedule
- Personable, confident, and professional
- Detail-oriented with strong listening skills
- Able to lift/carry flooring samples (30-50 lbs.)
- Willing to learn and master our sales system
- Clean driving record
- Pass a background check
