About the Role
Assist in clearing and managing rights for artwork used in book covers and interiors, including licensing stock art and fonts, processing invoices, and facilitating third-party sales of cover art. This role offers an opportunity to learn book production processes and rights management within a major publishing house.
Responsibilities
- Process and code invoices for stock licensing.
- Manage permissions requests from subrights and other internal departments.
- Assist with projects to improve efficiencies and workflows.
- Learn book production, rights, and content management at a major book publisher.
Requirements
- Must be available to work in the NYC office from Monday – Thursday for 28 hours per week, from June 7 – August 12, 2027.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
