About the Role
This role is ideal for detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated individuals eager to launch their careers at the intersection of business and technology. You will play a vital role in shaping how the organization delivers solutions, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world projects that drive efficiency, innovation, and growth in a dynamic digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and user needs.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining business artifacts such as requirements documents, process maps, and user stories.
- Assist with analyzing data and preparing recommendations that highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Participate actively in project meetings, capturing notes, following up on action items, and ensuring clear communication of progress.
- Support testing and validation activities to confirm solutions meet business needs.
- Help prepare presentations, dashboards, and status updates to share insights and outcomes with stakeholders.
- Develop proficiency in industry-standard tools and methods (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BABOK, Excel) through hands-on experience.
Requirements
- Must be available to work in the NYC office from Monday – Thursday for a total of 28 hours per week, from June 7 – August 12, 2027.
- Eligible for internship if available to work full-time in 2027 or 2028.
- Open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry-level candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- A resume and cover letter are required; applications without a cover letter will not be considered.

- A passion for books is highly valued.
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related field (internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework welcome).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and natural curiosity for how processes work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive learner who thrives in collaborative environments and is motivated to take on new challenges.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
