About the Role

HarperCollins Children’s Books is seeking a creative, organized, and dynamic Marketing Intern to support marketing teams for children's books (ages 0-18). The role requires a detail-oriented and creative individual, able to multi-task and set priorities. Join a dedicated and enthusiastic team as a savvy digital marketer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a working understanding of the teams and tasks involved in the publication of HarperCollins Children’s books.
  • Learn publishing software programs and use them to assist in administrative tasks and other departmental functions.
  • Write marketing copy for social media posts, blog posts, and other digital content for the HarperKids and/or Epic Reads brands.
  • Participate in photoshoots and content brainstorms with marketing and social media teams.
  • Assist with creation of designed graphics, videos, and other digital assets for marketing campaigns and social media promotion.
  • Coordinate marketing mailings for buzz building campaigns to influencers.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work in the NYC office from Monday – Thursday for 28 hours per week, from June 7 – August 12, 2027.
