About the Role
The HarperCollins Retail Marketing team is seeking a summer intern to assist with various responsibilities including trade shows, events, preorder campaigns, and galley mailings.
Responsibilities
- Works with the Associate Director in the planning and preparation of Children's Institute.
- Executes Indie Next Mailings and Creates Indie Next reminder newsletters.
- Assists Associate Director in Fall Regional Planning and in-house Fall Preview.
- Mails out ARCs and promotional items to Booksellers on an as needed basis.
- Assist in updating internal database of Bookstores and Indie Next information.
Requirements
- Must be available to work in our NYC office from Monday – Thursday for a total of 28 hours per week, from June 7 – August 12, 2027.
- Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2027 or 2028 are eligible.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
