About the Role
HarperCollins’s William Morrow Group is a leading fiction and nonfiction publisher. This internship offers an opportunity to learn about the publishing industry and gain experience in publicity and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administrative support, including mailing books, entering data, and routing invoices.
- Assist with the creation of promotional materials such as press releases, sell sheets, and giveaway forms.
- Assist with content creation and caption writing for social media.
- Contribute to research projects.
- Assist with outreach to media and social media creators.
- Participate in staff meetings and provide input on book promotional strategies.
- Attend meetings with authors and agents.
- Request specific projects of interest throughout the internship.
Requirements
- Must be available to work in the NYC office Monday-Thursday for 28 hours per week from June 7 - August 12, 2027.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
