This role sits at the intersection of AI and the real world, acting as a domain expert, pre-sales specialist, and trusted advisor. You will be the customer's voice internally and our clearest voice to them, ensuring AI workflows are practical and their business impact is understood.
Responsibilities
- Act as a domain expert, embodying the roles of maintenance planners, reliability engineers, or tax analysts to shape AI workflows.
- Define accuracy standards for AI outputs and oversee evaluations to ensure they meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with sales to present AI capabilities to prospects and customers, explaining their real-world impact on operations.
- Work with customers post-pilot to enhance workflows, adapt to changing operations, and identify new problem-solving opportunities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to become a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Deep domain expertise in industries such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, or aerospace, or in functions like Finance, HR, Tax, HSE, Audit, IT, or Asset Management.
- Fluency with AI products, including shaping workflows, evaluating model outputs, and designing tests.
- Pre-sales skills to explain complex capabilities to skeptical audiences and connect them to business value.
- Advisory skills to help customers understand their operations better and identify opportunities.
- A habit of using evidence and numbers to back claims, and the initiative to find missing data.
- A minimum of four years of experience, with a preference for candidates who can genuinely represent the target user and prove it.
