About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the appearance and working order of individual apartments, exterior, and common areas, ensuring resident satisfaction and property value.
Responsibilities
- Show care and concern for residents through timely follow-ups and meticulous completion of apartment service tickets.
- Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Manage the make-ready and apartment turnover process efficiently.
- Execute preventative maintenance programs to preserve building value.
- Maintain building beauty and community safety through general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
- Sustain peak efficiency operation for all property components.
- Adhere to building, county, and safety codes/standards, running an accident-free operation.
- Work weekends and participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) recommended.
