About the Role
We are looking for a technically competent and committed individual who is structured, innovative, and assertive to join us as a Real Estate Construction Law Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time for our Berlin location. The position is initially limited to 2 years, with the option for conversion to a permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Create qualified building applications.
- Assess building law and planning law situations.
- Communicate and collaborate with building authorities.
- Act as the interface between internal contract management and our construction department.
- Accompany administrative law appeal and litigation proceedings.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification, ideally with a real estate industry background or experience in construction law and planning law.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Excellent organizational talent and structured way of working.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Confident and likeable demeanor, openness, convincing charisma, initiative, strong communication skills, and above-average commitment.
