About the Role

This role blends strategy, talent development, learning design, facilitation, and project leadership, focusing on building meaningful experiences and helping shape how talent is understood, developed, and accelerated across NBCUniversal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve global development experiences for the Talent Lab in NYC, LA, and London.
  • Contribute to the evolution of top talent management and development strategy.
  • Design and facilitate live experiences, both in-person and virtual, on topics including AI fluency, leadership expectations, media business acumen, and talent priorities.
  • Own planning and project management for multiple workstreams and partners.
  • Evolve and optimize delivery to ensure high-quality talent experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitators, vendors, communications, and operational partners.
  • Measure program effectiveness through feedback and data insights.
  • Partner with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to translate talent priorities into development strategies.
  • Use research, data, and stakeholder input to identify development needs and shape solutions.
  • Facilitate Talent Lab programs with credibility and presence.
  • Design, build, and refine outcome-driven learning content.
  • Prepare and support facilitators through onboarding, guides, practice sessions, observation, and feedback.
  • Stay current on evolving topics, tools, and delivery methods, adapting programs as learner needs change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, talent development, learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Experience designing for multiple learning formats, including in-person, virtual, and online/asynchronous learning.
  • Experience facilitating in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Experience project managing complex learning experiences or talent practices.
  • Experience consulting with stakeholders to identify development needs and design practical solutions.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and content development skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Comfort using AI tools and technologies.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel regularly, up to 25% of the time.
  • External candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview.
