About the Role
As an AI Transformation Manager, you will turn strategic ambition into lasting organizational change by bridging the gap between AI potential and business needs. You will lead clients through end-to-end AI transformation, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and steering complex programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI Transformation Programs: Steer the end-to-end execution of AI transformation engagements, from first lighthouse use case to company-wide rollout.
- Find internal champions, manage blockers, and build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships to drive measurable adoption and organizational change.
- Support Key Account Growth: Convert pipeline opportunities into growing account relationships and multi-layered transformation programs with the Sales team.
- Support pre-sales, proposal writing, and key-account expansion with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent Merantix Momentum's opinion on AI transformation by inspiring and challenging stakeholders with hands-on perspectives on applied AI trends and adoption pathways.
- Advance the AI Transformation practice: Evolve methodologies, tools, and frameworks to keep the offering state-of-the-art and develop reusable transformation playbooks.
- Enable Colleagues: Advise colleagues on AI transformation best practices by leading project teams, sharing lessons learned, and contributing to a fast-paced, can-do culture.
Requirements
- Preferably 8+ years of full-time working experience in management consulting, enterprise technology, AI/ML-driven companies, or other fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs with the ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Strong fluency in advising on AI, orchestrating its build, operating models for scaling AI, and enabling management to make the right investments.
- Knowledgeable about common machine learning techniques and trends.
- Experience in AI use case conceptualization and assessing technical feasibility.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and embedding AI capabilities within client organizations.
- Curiosity to constantly explore and learn about new AI solutions at the intersection of technology and business.
- Great communication skills in German and English.
