About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate UPK curriculum aligned with New York State standards
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assess student progress and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with staff to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed
Requirements
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Passion for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
