About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads Anthony Nolan's approach to attracting, engaging, and hiring talented people who will help deliver the organization's mission. This role ensures recruitment practices are effective, inclusive, data-informed, and aligned with the employer brand and organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment initiatives.
- Develop sourcing strategies.
- Analyze recruitment trends.
- Build hiring manager capability.
- Remain actively involved in key campaigns and appointments.
- Work closely with the people operations team.
- Provide expert advice and challenge throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Continuously improve the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of job types and levels.
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection best practice, including interviewing, assessment methods, and candidate experience.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to manage hiring activity and improve processes.
- Experience producing and interpreting recruitment data, using insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in recruitment and talent attraction.
- Must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK.
