About the Role

Join the highly specialised team at The Harley Street Clinic, a CQC rated "Outstanding" private hospital and a recognised centre of excellence for cardiac care. This role offers an opportunity to build on your cardiology expertise within a service dedicated to delivering outstanding outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care across a varied caseload.
Support the day-to-day running of the department.
Undertake cardiac investigations.
Administer medications.
Monitor patients throughout procedures.
Provide education and reassurance to patients.
Act as a clinical role model for junior colleagues.
Assist in coordinating the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse to ensure safe, effective, and responsive care.

Requirements

NMC Registered Nurse.
Recent cardiology nursing experience is essential.
Experience working within a cardiac outpatient, diagnostic, or non-invasive cardiology setting.
Confidence supporting and monitoring patients undergoing a range of cardiac investigations and procedures.
Up to date Immediate Life Support (ILS) certification.
Ability to recognise and interpret cardiac rhythms is highly desirable.
