About the Role
We are seeking an AI solutions consultant to join our AI Studio, focusing on client-facing projects in media intelligence across communications, policy, and research. You will own client work end-to-end, identifying creative solutions and building new internal media intelligence products to enhance consulting team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Translate client needs into working solutions.
- Build without an established playbook.
- Own client relationships independently.
- Contribute to internal AI Studio products.
- Flex across the wider practice.

Requirements
- 3-7 years relevant experience in comms, policy or opinion research.
- AI-native, with experience building and deploying tools using a varied tech stack.
- Comfortable building in ambiguous situations, without an established system or process to work from.
- A strong ability to empathise with comms, policy or opinion research clients and translate their needs into a workable brief.
- Collaborative instincts and a genuine commitment to contributing to an inclusive culture.
- Experience using Github, VS Code, Supabase and n8n (desirable).
- Experience building tools for others’ use as well as your own (desirable).
