Responsibilities
- Connect with every customer, listen, recommend, and create a personalized experience.
- Close sales with style, turning every opportunity into a sale with speed, fluidity, and precision.
- Represent the COLD style in dress and speech.
- Maintain a flawless store environment, including order, stock, visuals, and details.
- Support the team through collaboration and idea contribution.
- Launch new collections with impact by receiving product, presenting it with style, and making it stand out.
- Keep the store looking top-tier: clean, organized, and full of life.
- Ensure best-sellers are always in stock.
- Process sales with flow and efficiency.
- Receive new collections and lay them out with style and precision.
Requirements
- Naturally transmit confidence, style, and leadership.
- Have retail experience, preferably in fashion or streetwear.
- Be organized, fast, and detail-oriented.
- Be able to read the customer and offer immediate solutions.
- Be available on weekends and holidays.
