About the Role
The Trigon Unternehmensgruppe is a long-established Berlin real estate company focused on the development, management, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. The portfolio includes approximately 4,000 residential and 300 commercial units, as well as parking spaces.
Responsibilities
- Support the department head as a technical sparring partner.
- Advise our management companies on financial accounting and tax matters.
- Participate in the preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB in close cooperation with our tax firm.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of tax returns and provide the necessary documentation.
- Support with ongoing tax issues and coordinate with our tax firm.
- Review tax assessments and follow up on discrepancies.
- Assist with liquidity planning.
- Review invoices and manage open items.
- Perform account reconciliations and clarifications.
- Experience in processing accounting tasks both analog and digital.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a tax assistant (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in finance, accounting, or tax; alternatively, a relevant degree.
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a company or a tax firm.
- Good knowledge of German tax law and practical experience in preparing or filing tax returns.
- Good knowledge of financial accounting and in preparing annual financial statements according to HGB.
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Friendly and confident demeanor, with enjoyment in teamwork.
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
