About the Role
Ralph combines classic property management with sophisticated in-house software to relieve you of administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on what matters: reliable support for your owner communities and advisory boards.
Responsibilities
- Manage rental properties and serve as the primary contact for owners, tenants, and partners, demonstrating clear prioritization and a high quality standard.
- Manage your own rental and WEG portfolio, including prioritization and reliable communication.
- Act as a project manager for significant building works on behalf of the owners.
- Coordinate tenants and partners.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Collaborate closely with customer support and provide input for improving rental management processes and software.
- Optionally support new customer acquisition with attractive bonuses.
Requirements
- Passion for real estate and property management.
- Highly structured work approach, strong commitment, and self-responsibility leading to solutions.
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional, empathetic).
- Openness to new challenges and motivation for professional and personal development.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form.
- Certification/qualification as a property manager (or equivalent) is a bonus.
