About the Role
We are looking for a skilled installer for sanitary, heating, and climate technology (SHK) / fitter or senior fitter to join our technical service and maintenance team for residential properties. The role focuses on the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and modernization of heating and sanitary systems within our residential portfolio, serving both occupied and vacant units.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of heating and sanitary systems, including troubleshooting technical issues.
- Customer service in heating and sanitary sectors, involving independent diagnostics and on-site problem-solving.
- Installation and replacement of sanitary fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and faucets.
- Renewal and replacement of radiators, water heaters, and associated components.
- Repairing breaks in fresh and wastewater pipes, including necessary repair work.
- Taking measurements and professionally documenting completed work, and transferring relevant information to dispatch; ideally with appropriate permits.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an SHK (Sanitary, Heating, and Climate Technology) installer, heating engineer, gas and water installer, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience and strong technical knowledge in the maintenance, repair, and modernization of heating systems and piping systems.
- Knowledge in technical building equipment and basic knowledge of sanitary installations are advantageous.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with tenants and customers.
- Valid driver's license Class B and willingness to work in occupied residential units.
