About the Role

Responsibilities
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to define implementation patterns, navigate architectural decisions, and resolve complex configuration challenges.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Go-To-Market teams during New Product Introductions (NPIs) to develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demonstrations.
- Partner with global System Integrators (SIs) to design scalable deployment blueprints and ensure architectural alignment.
- Provide architectural guidance to customer development teams on custom Auth0 Actions, SDK implementation, and full-stack application patterns.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and Product Management to identify feature gaps and drive product roadmap enhancements.
- Create reusable code samples, technical documentation, and enablement guides.
- Leverage AI tools and LLM workflows to accelerate code generation, debugging, and documentation.
- Manage multiple concurrent technical engagements and act as the ultimate technical escalation point.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a customer-facing technical field role within a Go-To-Market (GTM) organization delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
- Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) patterns.
- Proven experience working directly for, or in tight alignment with, global System Integrators (SIs).
- Proven experience reading, writing, and debugging full-stack application code using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern Mobile SDKs.
- Deep understanding of identity federation, access control frameworks, and core protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
- In-depth knowledge of the CIAM threat landscape and ability to design resilient authentication flows.
- Demonstrated history of navigating complex, large-scale IT landscapes, web technologies, and cloud architectures for top-tier G2K and Fortune 100 customers.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guide senior engineering leaders.
