About the Role
As a carpenter, you will be part of our in-house craft and technician team, jointly managing approximately 4,000 apartments and 300 commercial units with your colleagues. You will work exclusively in our own residential and commercial properties, focusing on maintenance and repair. Additionally, you will support modernization and renovation projects, such as preparing vacant apartments.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep work in apartments and commercial units.
- Work on windows, house and apartment doors, kitchens, and floors, and carry out minor repairs.
- Process insurance claims and support modernization, renovation, and refurbishment measures.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments and carry out the necessary finishing work.
- Document orders and order materials.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, several years of practical professional experience in finishing, renovation, or maintenance in another trade.
- Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility.
- Friendly and professional demeanor towards tenants, colleagues, and service providers.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license Class B.
