About the Role
We are looking for motivated Photo Sales Hosts on a casual basis, who will be providing exceptional experiences for our supporters along our stadium tour route and museum. You will capture photos, produce quality photos in photo books and subsequently sell those photo books to our guests whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience as the face of our club.
Responsibilities
- Shoot high quality photos, capturing every guest and ensuring they meet photo composition standards
- Drive sales and upselling opportunities by engaging with customers confidently and recommending products
- Print and pack photos in a timely manner, ensuring all photos are cut cleanly
- Provide a world-class supporter experience through proactive, friendly, and enthusiastic interaction
- Become an expert of all tour and photo products, stadium areas, and experiences
Requirements
- Experience in a retail-based role, visitor attraction, or customer-facing role
- Confident communicator with a passion for engaging service
- Passionate team player able to go the extra mile for colleagues
- Flexibility to work across the week, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods
- Willingness to develop expert knowledge about the club and its history
- Must be 18 years of age or older by Thursday 22nd October 2026
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and other essential background checks
