About the Role
This junior generalist position works directly alongside the founders of an early-stage consumer healthtech company in Berlin. You will be involved in key decision-making and responsible for executing those decisions to achieve measurable results, offering a steep learning curve.
Responsibilities
- Own operational projects end to end, from initial draft through to a measurable outcome.
- Build processes and automations that eliminate manual work.
- Contribute across commercial, operations, product, and hiring based on weekly priorities.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to prevent slowing down growth.
- Prepare analyses and recommendations for founders, then lead execution.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a startup, founder's office, consulting, operations, or business development role with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship at least one automation, workflow, or process improvement (no-code or code).
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets) for analysis, reporting, and tracking.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and a strong bias toward hands-on execution.
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.
- Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
