About the Role

Responsibilities

Support in processing and tracking customer complaints
Creation, maintenance, and regular updating of quality reports and key figures
Coordination and organization of sample processing between involved departments
Support in documenting quality-related processes
Maintenance and updating of quality databases and tracking systems
Participation in the analysis of quality key figures
General administrative support for the quality assurance team

Requirements

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable course of study
Interest in quality management and quality assurance
Structured and independent way of working
Good analytical skills and a high degree of care and accuracy
Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Teamwork and strong communication skills

Work Type

15-20 hours per week

Salary/Compensations

16.64 Euro/hour
