Knight Frank is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving Marylebone team. This role involves strengthening and expanding the company's presence in the Marylebone market, managing a diverse range of properties, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and successfully close lettings transactions, delivering a seamless and professional service.
- Cultivate strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional communication and support.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar lettings role within the London property market.
- Strong knowledge of or proven interest in the Prime Central London area/market.
- Demonstrable track record in closing high-value lettings deals.
- Outstanding interpersonal and client care skills.
- Proactive and professional individual looking to take the next step in their lettings career.
