Join one of London's most exciting annual events, Battersea Park Fireworks, as a member of the Gates Team. You will be the first point of contact for thousands of visitors, ensuring a welcoming, informed, and seamless entry experience. Your role is crucial in setting a positive tone and contributing to the event's safety, organization, and memorability.

Responsibilities

Scan tickets and support guests with technical issues for a quick and seamless entry.
Greet attendees warmly, provide clear directions, and assist with way-finding.
Answer questions about the event, facilities, and transport with confidence and clarity.
Support the safe and steady movement of attendees through the gates.
Manage queues to ensure efficient and positive arrivals.
Identify and report issues, assist visitors needing extra support, and remain calm and solution-focused.
Collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, and team members to deliver a high-quality visitor experience.
Enhance the visitor experience by going the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed and supported.

Requirements

Must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK.
Must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers.
