Drive quality and consistency across executive reporting, establishing editorial standards, templates, and style guides. Build influence across multiple business areas, shaping strategic information communication at senior levels.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of high-quality executive reports, translating complex economic crime data and insights into compelling narratives.
- Coordinate stakeholders to gather, validate, and consolidate critical information.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Adapt reporting to suit different stakeholder audiences by tailoring detail, language, and insights.
- Collaborate with senior management, programme leads, and subject matter experts to gather input, validate content, and ensure accuracy.
- Review and edit reports for tone, structure, grammar, and visual presentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Coach creators and contributors in effective report writing.
Requirements
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise content for senior audiences.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Economic Crime policies, standards, regulations, and risk management frameworks.
- Ability to adapt reporting to suit different stakeholder audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A good understanding of NatWest Group Economic Crime operations, customer journeys, and associated risks is advantageous.
- Knowledge of business area processes is an advantage.
