About the Role
This role will provide strategic direction and hold overall accountability for planning and execution of projects assigned to the portfolio. The role includes responsibility for line management, performance management and career development of Project Managers assigned to the portfolio, while working closely with peers across other practices and stakeholders outside of ES&C.
Responsibilities
- Manage executives and senior stakeholders in business and IT while providing oversight to IT-enabled change portfolio across infrastructure, security, data management and business applications.
- Provide strategic direction and hold overall accountability for planning and execution of projects assigned to the portfolio.
- Responsibility for line management, performance management and career development of Project Managers assigned to the portfolio.
- Work closely with peers across other practices and stakeholders outside of ES&C.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in managing complex business and IT projects and large programs, including transformation programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are required for this role.
