About the Role
CIS of Central Texas is seeking a full-time Clinical Program Manager to lead CIS services at Harmony School of Excellence (Grades 6 – 12) in Austin, TX. This site-based leader will integrate CIS programming with school-wide activities to empower students, engage parents, and support student potential. The role involves providing comprehensive clinical services and managing all aspects of CIS programming on campus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to inform program design and resource identification.
- Maintain positive relationships with campus personnel and establish student referral processes.
- Implement data management systems for program evaluation and administrative efficiency.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training for team members.
- Develop professional development plans for team members.
- Provide ongoing supervision and conduct evaluations for team members.
- Communicate agency and school policies to the team and promote agency culture.
- Provide individual counseling, facilitate groups, and practice crisis management.
- Conduct outreach to parents and develop parental involvement.
- Perform case management and participate in the CIS team approach.
- Represent CIS at school and community meetings and events.
- Organize and coordinate school and community events.
- Host events for personnel, teachers, and parents.
- Communicate information and activities using appropriate avenues.
- Perform other activities and duties as directed by leadership.
Requirements
- Middle and High school Experience
- Experience with crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals
- Group counseling and supportive guidance
- Case Management experience
- Experience working with appropriate school-age youth and vulnerable populations
- Experience working with parents/guardians and families
- Experience providing individual supportive guidance and case management services
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships
- Highly self-motivated and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on strength-based leadership
- Current CPR Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Access to reliable transportation
Skills
- English/Spanish speaking skills, highly preferred

- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, human services, or related field; MSW degree required
- Minimum of Licensed Master’s Social Work (LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (LPC-A) required
Salary/Compensations
- $4,333.34/month
