About the Role
Pubity Group is a leading Gen Z media company seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment administration, employer branding, and hiring across the business. This role is crucial as the company enters its next phase of scale.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment, from briefing and advertising through to offer and pre-boarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment administration, including offer letters and maintaining the ATS and HR system.
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews across all stages of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the Talent Manager and stakeholders to align attraction activities with business priorities.
- Utilize data to monitor performance and enhance pipeline quality, engagement, and conversion.
- Promote the Talent function within the business and support hiring managers with recruitment best practices.
- Build and manage talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates.
- Strengthen the employer value proposition through social content and an active LinkedIn presence.
- Identify and attend recruitment events to support talent attraction strategies.
- Write and post accurate, on-brand job adverts across relevant channels.
- Implement inclusive practices to build diverse hiring pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience across the full recruitment process, from brief to offer.
- Proficiency in sourcing and headhunting passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and personal networks.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, translate business priorities into attraction activities, and provide constructive pushback.
- Experience creating or contributing to recruitment content and understanding social media's role in talent attraction.
- Demonstrated application of inclusive attraction and recruitment practices.
- Comfort using recruitment data to analyze performance and advocate for changes.
- Proven ability to manage a candidate process that ensures positive candidate experience and communication.
- Experience using AI tools for tasks such as drafting adverts, outreach, summarizing CVs, building Boolean strings, and gathering market insights.
