About the Role
As a Night Manager, you will oversee overnight hotel operations, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Manage nightly audits and reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal controls.
- Drive financial reconciliation, ensuring complete and accurate posting and reconciliation of the day’s financial activity across departments.
- Ensure payment integrity by verifying accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolving complex discrepancies.
- Analyze and improve processes by identifying reporting anomalies, assessing root causes, and collaborating with department leaders to enhance audit accuracy.
- Support overnight operations by handling guest issues and assisting in emergency situations as needed.
- Inspire and develop the team by supervising and supporting team members, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Salary/Compensations
- Up to £34,427.72 per annum
