About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the successful leasing of our own real estate portfolio and will manage the entire leasing process, from acquiring suitable tenants to concluding the contract.
Responsibilities
- Independent leasing of commercial spaces and parking spaces in the existing portfolio
- Development and implementation of leasing strategies to reduce vacancy rates
- Management of the entire leasing process
- Preparation and negotiation of lease agreements in coordination with management and the legal and technical departments
- Creation of calculations, decision proposals, and reports, as well as data maintenance
- Market and competitor observation, as well as maintenance and expansion of the network with tenants, brokers, and business partners
- Organization of handovers and acceptances
Requirements
- Several years of experience in commercial leasing
- Good knowledge of lease management and residential property processes
- Confident use of MS Office and common applications
- Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills
- Driver's license class B
