About the Role
At UNIQLO, you will be key to shaping memorable customer experiences and contributing to the growth and evolution of our business. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, a Partner in Management, and a Retail Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Offering a rewarding shopping experience from the fitting rooms to the tills by being attentive and responsive to customers’ needs.
- Maintaining the store's cleanliness, stock levels, organization, and presentation to inspire customers.
- Monitoring customer reactions to products to recommend adjustments to visual displays and stock levels for each style, colour, and size to satisfy customer demand.
- Collaborating with colleagues, offering support, and helping to create a strong, united team.
- Championing the recycling programme, promoting repair services, and participating in local community activities.
- Contributing to content creation for social media campaigns, styling app, or livestream channel.
Requirements
- Full flexibility during the week and weekend across various shifts (morning and late shift patterns) is required.
