About the Role

Support the Digital Marketing Manager in managing the digital presence of the Blue Raincoat Artists roster and the wider Blue Raincoat Music Group. This role involves working across websites, Google Knowledge Panels, advertising access, platform metadata, and digital growth tracking to ensure artist touchpoints are accurate, current, and optimized.

Responsibilities

  • Own the accuracy and upkeep of each artist’s website, wiki page, and Google Knowledge Panel.
  • Manage advertising platform access and account requests across the roster.
  • Coordinate platform updates, including press shots, bios, banners, and cover art.
  • Own lyric and metadata optimisation across DSPs.
  • Track digital growth across the roster, including streaming, social, and search.
  • Connect platform and growth data with CRM, pre-sale, and fan data activity.
  • Act as a quality-control check across outward-facing digital assets and content.
  • Brief and manage relationships with external social and content agencies.
  • Partner with the marketing team to brief external agencies on digital advertising.
  • Stay up to date with platform discovery mechanics, including algorithm changes and DSP editorial processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with artists, their teams, agencies, and platform contacts.
  • Ensure digital activity remains aligned with each artist’s identity, audience, and wider strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one to two years’ experience in a similar role within the music, entertainment, or digital industry.
  • Passion for the music industry, with a strong interest in artists, platforms, and the evolving digital landscape.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and technology.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience managing advertising account access and administration across platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and similar tools.
  • Confident working with external agencies.
  • Strong analytical and data literacy skills.
  • Strong awareness of the evolving digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work closely with the D2F Manager and external social and content agencies.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple artists, platforms, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Collaborative team player with an eagerness to learn.
  • UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
