About the Role
EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and seeks exceptional operators and builders for a new department. This role offers maximum ownership, a high-growth environment focused on rapid execution, and the opportunity to collaborate with an elite team led by serial entrepreneurs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Photonics.
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions.
- Drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.
Requirements
- Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
- High-agency builder mindset.
- Proven domain expertise.
- Drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
