About the Role
We have two exciting opportunities for Associates to join our Solutions Enablement Team in London. This team supports advisers in opening cash accounts for existing RBC Brewin Dolphin clients, bridging RBC Brewin Dolphin and RBC WME. The role is crucial for client onboarding and enhancing the client experience, with exposure to Brewin Dolphin Advisers and their clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement the onboarding lifecycle for all client types, including HNWIs, corporates, trusts, and charities.
- Build trust with internal stakeholders to enhance the client experience.
- Act as a contact for internal partners and clients, providing expert support with day-to-day banking and operational requirements.
- Support Advisers with sales pipeline management and lead conversion.
- Enrich and align client data records across RBC WME and RBC BD, maintaining and updating records in Client Engage and Salesforce.
- Complete BD Adviser Service Requests for client accounts in a timely manner.
- Act as the first line of defence for key activities, ensuring compliant handling of requests.
- Escalate and report all risk events and near misses immediately.
- Collaborate with business partners to provide feedback for process improvements and identify training needs for the adviser community.
Requirements
- Management and project experience essential.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to adapt to new systems, navigate intranet sites, and various web-based packages.
- Hard working and professional approach to work.
- Confidence to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to prioritise workload and identify when support is needed.
