About the Role
This role requires US citizenship and residence on US soil, operating within a FedRAMP Moderate-authorised environment. It is designed for engineers who can actively monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to issues in real-time on a critical cloud platform, offering a strong opportunity to gain FedRAMP and GovCloud experience.
Responsibilities
- Real-time monitoring and first-response triage across AWS (Commercial/GovCloud) and EKS infrastructure.
- Log-level root cause investigation using Kibana and Elasticsearch.
- CVE remediation and STIG hardening within FedRAMP SLA windows.
- Deployment execution and troubleshooting via GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows.
Requirements
- US citizenship and US-soil residency.
- Genuine availability for overnight/weekend rotational shifts.
- Ability to read Kibana queries at 3am and act on them.
- Experience in a FedRAMP-authorised environment.
