About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an employee for the NSL day shift in Berlin - Marzahn. This role involves managing alarm and fault messages, coordinating response teams, documenting incidents, and creating statistics. We offer an unlimited contract with a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Recording and processing alarm and fault messages
- Controlling and coordinating intervention forces
- Logging of events and operations
- Creating statistics and evaluations
- Point of contact for deployed employees on site
Requirements
- Demonstrable professional experience in the security sector, ideally in a call and service control center (NSL)
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to work shifts (12-hour shifts) including night, weekend, and public holiday work
- Very good communication skills and a polite, service-oriented interaction with customers
- Good MS Office skills
- A clean criminal record
- Qualification as an NSL specialist through VdS examination or willingness to obtain it (exceptions apply for specific roles)

Salary/Compensations
- Up to €18.80/h possible (including €2.00 allowance)
- €16.80 + €2.00 allowance per hour (with VdS qualification)
- €15.55 + €2.00 allowance per hour (without VdS qualification)
