About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join the Housing team at Wandle Housing Association. We’re looking for a highly responsive and customer service focused individual to promote safe and sustainable neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a community safety caseload, taking ownership of cases from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping on all customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with neighborhood Officers, Police, local authorities and other partner agencies to identify issues and implement effective interventions that improve community safety.
  • Develop a community-focused engagement framework for tenants in partnership with TPAS, and manage and develop this approach.
  • Prepare case notes, reports and correspondence in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a community safety, housing, tenancy management, neighbourhood management or related customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and partner agencies.
  • Knowledge of tenancy management, community safety and partnership working practices.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable.
  • Good IT skills, proficient in Microsoft packages and confidence using new systems.
  • Experience of CRM or case management systems is advantageous (Dynamics system experience would be a plus).
  • Must already have and be able to provide proof of your Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
